Returns
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- Original packaging is intact
- Original invoice is provided
- The product is not customized or personalized
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized jewellery
- Personalized products
- Special-order items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the order will be subject to the return policy.
